Our Commitment to Supporting Local Dementia Charities

At Later Living Helpline, we know how vital small, local dementia charities are in their communities. While the large national organisations do fantastic work, there are many smaller charities who often don’t get the same recognition or funding — yet they make just as much of a difference for families living with dementia.

That’s why we’ve decided to launch a new initiative: raising awareness and funds for local dementia charities across the UK.

This is a brand new project for us, and this page will be updated regularly to show:

  • Which charities we are supporting

  • How much has been raised so far

  • Links to find out more about each charity and donate directly

🌟 What’s Next

This is only the beginning. Over the coming months and years, we plan to support more local dementia charities, shining a light on their work and raising funds to help them continue providing essential support.

If any of the charities listed here are meaningful to you, please consider making a donation or simply sharing their page with your friends and family. Every little bit helps.

Thank you for supporting us in this new journey. Together, we can make a real difference for families living with dementia.

💜 Recommend a Charity

We know there are many small, local dementia charities across the UK doing incredible work. While we can’t support them all at once, we’d love to hear from you if there’s a charity that has helped you or someone you love.

Your recommendation could help us shine a light on their work in the future. If you’ve had a personal positive experience with them, you’ll also have the chance to share your story — because real experiences make fundraising even more powerful.

Together we can make sure that the smaller charities, who are just as deserving, get the recognition and support they need.
